Through a guarantee trust (fideicomiso de garantía), a structure recognized under Costa Rican law that protects both the client and Privanza for the life of the loan.
Timing depends mainly on the quality of the information we receive. Once the preliminary proposal has been submitted and—subject to acceptance—we will proceed with an on-site visit to evaluate the collateral in detail.
The base term is 24 months with the option of 12 additional months, at 14.0% per year in US dollars.
